It is often remarked that decent sales people in our industry are impossible to find and our own efforts to recruit and develop sales people who will 'pay their way' has at times been less than successful. It is a fact that selling is the sole provider of our revenue stream, which in turn pays for everything else, and our need to hire competent and professional sales personnel who can meet or exceed their targets is pivotal to our company's future prosperity. We will provide an excellent remuneration package including two litre car, private medical cover, pension plan, to the right candidate. By reaching your targets you will also be guaranteed a bonus of 20% of the net profit following deduction of your operating costs. This bonus is paid twice annually. General Rate Increase on North American Freight Rates, effective from 1st April 2000. US On-carriage Rates will increase by 5% effective on all sailing's from 25th March 2000.
